Cottonwood Palo Verde features a spacious, state of the art Fitness Activity Center located near the entrance to Cottonwood on S. EJ. Robson Boulevard.  This facility is free to all homeowners in Cottonwood.

  • 36 Cardio machines including bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers, Nu Step, X Ride, and rowers.
  • A complete lineup of strength machines and free weights.
  • A TRX area for training.
  • Men’s and women’s locker rooms, showers, and saunas.
  • Two Group Fitness Studios and an indoor spa area.

Monday through Thursday – 5:00am to 7:00pm
Friday – 5:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday – 6:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday – 6:00am to 4:00pm
