Golf at Sunlakes

Golf is one of the most popular activities in our community.  Both Cottonwood and Palo Verde Country Clubs are private facilities owned and operated by the Association.  Play is restricted to members and guests only.  Homeowners can choose from purchasing an annual golf membership or play on a daily fee basis.

The golf courses of Cottonwood and Palo Verde wind throughout the community each offering 18 holes of golf, amazing lake views, and beautifully manicured conditions.

Player leagues include both men’s and ladies associations at each facilty.

Cottonwood Country Club is a challenging par 72 championship style golf course featuring five sets of tee boxes designed for golfers of all abilities.

Fun Executive Style 18 Hole Golf Course Featuring 2 Par Fives, 4 Par Fours, and 12 Par Threes.

Other Cottonwood CountryClub golf amenities include a well-stocked Pro Shop, full size driving range, chipping, and putting green.
