Cottonwood PaloVerde at Sun Lakes is one active adult community comprised of two country clubs operating under one HOA offering an abundance of recreation, dining and entertainment activities for its owners and their guests.

Our History

For over 40 years, Cottonwood Palo Verde has been providing homeowners with activities like golf, pickleball, tennis, swimming, and fitness. Our two country clubs have a very active social calendar with live music, entertainment, and theater. In addition, a large variety of clubs and organizations provide hours of programming every month of the year.
