On August 26, 2009, the Board of Directors approved the design concept that will be used for signs and monuments to identify the facilities and entrances throughout our Cottonwood Palo Verde community. Below is information on some of the new signage already in place!

Check out our new Welcome to Cottonwood Palo Verde kiosk map at the Cottonwood entrance. This map, located at the pullout on E.J. Robson Blvd. will provide homeowners with a directional guide to streets as well as show the key points of interest in our community.
