Reservation and
Cancellation Policy

Palo Verde

Reservations for Palo Verde Dining Room are suggested for all meal periods and for nights featuring entertainment. Reservations for 10 or more are highly recommended.

Reservation may be made up to two weeks in advance or based on availability.

Reservation requirements will be posted and may be subject to some restrictions.

Cottonwood

Reservations are not accepted

for the Cottonwood Bar & Grill.

Cottonwood Grill; for groups of ten or more, it's recommended to phone ahead to minimize the waiting period.

Grace Period Policy

All reservations will continue to be held for 15 minutes after the initial reservation time. Please call the restaurant to inform them if you running late so they can be prepared for a late arrival or your table will be made available for those waiting.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event or reservation time.

Events in which prepaid tickets must be purchased (New Years Eve, Theater Trips, Sporting Events, etc.) are non refundable.

*Cottonwood Palo Verde at Sun Lakes is an age 55 and older housing community
in accordance with the Arizona and Federal Fair Housing Acts.
