VEHICLE DECALS

Decals for cars and golf carts are available to all Cottonwood and Palo Verde homeowners. Call Patrol at 480-895-9277 to arrange to have your decal(s) installed at your residence.

PLEASE HAVE AVAILABLE THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION FOR YOUR VEHICLE AND HOMEOWNER CARD FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE REGISTERED.

RFID WINDSHIELD TRANSMITTERS

All homeowners and long term renters living in Palo Verde can purchase RFID Windshield Transmitters. Each household is allowed a total of three (3) transmitters.

When you have purchased your RFID(s), Call Patrol at 480-895-9277 to arrange to have your transmitter(s) installed at your residence.

Note: Homeowner Services will not sell RFID's for golf carts. The homeowner needs to contact the Patrol Manager for approval.

VACATION WATCH PROGRAM

If you are planning a vacation for an extended period of time, thirty (30) calendar days or more, don’t forget to let the Cottonwood Palo Verde Patrol in on your plans. This free service is provided to residents and serves to periodically check on your home while you are away. Patrol will walk around your home to see if there is anything unusual or any apparent damage. If any forced entry or unexpected change occurs, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department will be contacted, and an investigation will be conducted. You or emergency contacts will be notified.

Although this is not a guarantee that your home will not be burglarized or damaged, it will give you some peace of mind and some added protection while you are away. The Patrol encourages you to make additional arrangements with any family members, friends, or neighbors to also check on your home. We strongly request that you stop all mail and newspaper delivery prior to your departure and that you leave a key with a trusted neighbor.

Please complete the Vacation Watch form 7 days prior to your departure. Vacation Watch Forms can be completed at Homeowner Services. Thank you and have a wonderful trip!

HOMEOWNER CARDS

Homeowner cards are provided to all residents for the sole purpose of identifying them as members of the Association. They should be carried at all times to present when requested by both the Patrol and Food and Beverage staff to verify the person's entitlement to use our facilities. Please carry them with you and be proud to present them when asked to do so. These are YOUR facilities and amenities! Please do your part to ensure that only homeowners and authorized guests are using our facilities.

Your guests do not need guest cards WHEN THEY ARE ACCOMPANIED BY YOU; however, Guest Cards are required when using the Fitness Activity Center.

GUEST CARDS can be issued to your guests while you are residing at your Sun Lakes home. Only the homeowner can request guest cards from Homeowner Services. NOTICE: Guest Cards are required when using the Fitness Activity Center (FAC) or if your guests use any of the facilities without you!

PETS

Dogs, cats and other animals MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH when not confined to the owner's lot or property. No owner shall permit his or her dog, cat or other animal to create unsanitary conditions anywhere on common properties.

Pets are not allowed on the Golf Courses.

For your pet's protection, have them licensed. You may contact Maricopa County Animal Control at 602-506-7387 for complete information about licensing.
