Cottonwood
Palo Verde Library

The Cottonwood Palo Verde Library is an honor-based lending library stocked with books and media donated by members of the CWPV community to be shared with fellow residents. There is no need to formally check out a book—just take it, read it, and return it.

The library is located at Cottonwood Country Club, part of the courtyard area, opposite the Cottonwood Pro Shop and is open daily from 7 am until 8 pm. 

Trained community volunteers sort and process donated books and reshelve books being returned by readers.

The library is also one of the community WiFi hotspots  – you can relax in a comfy chair or at the library table while surfing the internet.

*Cottonwood Palo Verde at Sun Lakes is an age 55 and older housing community
in accordance with the Arizona and Federal Fair Housing Acts.
