Billiards

The billiards room is maintained for the use of homeowners and guests and is subject to the following regulations:

The billiards room is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

No one under the age of 19 will be permitted in the billiard room unless accompanied by a homeowner.

Guests that are age 19 or older must have a guest card to use the billiard room.

Sun Lakes Country Club and IronOaks homeowners may use the billiard room on a space available basis and in accordance with the terms of the respective reciprocal agreements.  IronOaks homeowners are required to get a Non-Member Recreation Card at Homeowner Services (formerly called the Resource Center) and purchase an annual sticker (available on/before October 1 each year) to use the billiards room.  The fee for activity stickers is set on an annual basis.

Access to the billiard room is obtained by use of the keypad on the door.

The keypad combination is on the back of the homeowner card.
