• Purchase of the Newly Designed CWPV Golf Course Tee Markers
• Approve the AC Committee's Request to Contract with an Independent Architectural Consultant for Special Projects on an as needed basis at the Homeowners' Expense.
• Move money from the Capital Reserve Fund ($1.3 Million) and Capital Improvement Fund ($383,445) to the Special Fund for the CW Pool Project.
• Use Funds Collected in 2024 from the additional Capital Contribution Fee ($217,500) to the Special Fund for the CW Pool Project.
