ACC Color Charts
The ACC Committee is pleased to announce that an updated exterior house three-color palette is available for review at Homeowner Services. The new color palette has a total of 30 base colors and with an equal number of trims and accents colors. Besides the 30 new exterior base colors, there are 8 new "Front Door Only" colors in the palette. A suggested "Three Color Scheme" format is available for review which can be used as a helpful tool with the color selection.
Stop by Homeowner Services to preview the new color palette or click on the link below and enter "Sun Lakes" for City and AZ for the State then click on the Submit button to the right. In a few seconds you will be given a "Select an association" drop down box, click on the down arrow to the right and select "Cottonwood Palo Verde at Sun Lakes" to see our color scheme options.
