Amenities at Cottonwood Palo Verde:
Play our par 72 championship golf course at Cottonwood and our par 62 executive course at Palo Verde.  There is a well organized tennis club that provides opportunity for players of all skill levels to practice and play on one of the seven tennis courts. We also offer Pickleball and Racquetball!

State of the art new Fitness Activity Center. Community swimming pools abound in both Palo Verde and Cottonwood.  There is a lap pool, a children’s pool and three swimming pools within our community. Palo Verde has two indoor racquetball courts, a community park with bocce ball courts, a nine hole putting green, horseshoes, a basketball hoop and a ramada. Walking paths surround the many beautiful lakes in both neighborhoods.

Entertainment and delicious food abounds in both Cottonwood and Palo Verde. Palo Verde has a fine dining restaurant to experience wonderfully prepared fare and a spacious bar lounge area to meet friends. Cottonwood offers a sports bar atmosphere and more casual fare.
